Grilled Scallops


Bahan

1-1.5 lb fresh scallops
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black/white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbs dried/fresh parsley
1/2 tsp lite soy sauce
1/2 tbs sesame oil
2 tbs evoo

Directions :

1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients
2. Marinate well the scallops, and voila... you're ready to grill 'em!! Super easy :)
