Rotini Tuna


Bahan :

1 lb rotini
1 bh bawang bombay, cincang
7 siung garlic, crushed
3 sdm evoo utk menumis
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 sdt italian dry seasoning
1 kaleng (340 gr) white tuna, tiriskan
2 sdm tomato paste
4 sdm tomato sauce
1/2 cup fresh tomat, cincang
1/4 cup paprika powder (kalo suka pedas boleh ditambah)
1 cup chicken broth
3 sdm sparkling grape juice
garam, black pepper, gula
grated parmesan + romano

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus rotini, beri sedikit garam
2. Tumis bawang putih dan bombay sampai wangi
3. Masukkan tomat segar, masak sampai tomat layu
4. Masukkan tuna dan italian seasoning, aduk sampai rata. Biarkan sebentar
5. Masukkan tomato paste dan tomato sauce, paprika powder, garam, gula dan pepper
6. Tuang grape juice dan chicken broth. Aduk rata
7. Masak sampai air menyusut
8. Masukkan rotini, parsley dan grated parmesan + romano, aduk rata
9. Sajikan dengan taburan parmesan + romano
